Sip Your Way to Sleep

Unwinding for bed can be hard, but we have some sips to send you right to sleep! A warm cup of tea has been the go-to remedy for restlessness, but Sleepy Time Mocktails make bedtime drinks so much more fun.

The most important ingredient in your sleepy-time mocktail is magnesium, which helps your muscles relax and your body de-stress by regulating your mood. You can purchase liquid magnesium drops or powder at most drug stores and kickstart your bedtime journey!  The other ingredients are up to you, so let's dive into some sleepy-time mocktail recipes that are making us drift off already!
