Everything You Need to Know About Vogue’s Forces of Fashion
2020 marks the fourth year that Vogue will host a conference called the Forces of Fashion, a space where the most relevant figures in fashion join forces and convene over fashion. The conference takes place from November 16th-17th with a carefully curated agenda. Sounds like a dream, right?
Well, because of COVID-19, Vogue has decided to take their typical Forces of Fashion event virtual, meaning that anyone could join for the subtle price of $125. This all-access ticket gives attendees the ability to join the entire two-day event, including 12 keynote speaker sessions, curated networking rooms, a live Q&A with Vogue Editors, and a virtual happy hour.
For $500, attendees could purchase a VIP ticket, which includes the all-access benefits, plus a “Forces of Fashion 2020 kit” that includes a vintage Vogue poster signed by Anna Wintour, a custom water bottle, the “About Time: Fashion and Duration” exhibition catalog, and “a surprise or two from our guest speakers.” Whatever that means, we’d like to know! Additionally, VIP members get to join a 30-minute Zoom webinar with Anna Wintour, Nicole Phelps, and Andrew Bolton, three prevalent and powerful figures in the fashion industry.
While this may seem like a hefty price for some, tickets to the conference in past years have been $3,000. So, the pandemic has actually made access to high, prestigious fashion accessible and more affordable.
Not sold yet? Well, this might change your mind: The Forces of Fashion speakers are stacked! Attendees will get to hear from the following: Anna Wintour, Naomi Campbell, Victoria Beckham, Lizzo, Sarah Jessica Parker, Virgil Abloh, Bella Hadid, and many more amazing and powerful models, designers, and artists.
On top of this, the Forces of Fashion website promises “virtual drop-ins from surprise guests” at the end of Monday, November 16th. Convinced that you need to attend yet?
