How We Would Style You to Go See Your Favorite Artist in Concert

An awesome concert outfits is honestly one of the best parts of seeing your favorite artist live. It’s the perfect excuse to dress up, have fun with your style, and even take inspiration from the artist’s own aesthetic. Whether their style is retro and glam or more earthy and laid-back, there are so many ways to bring their world into your outfit. Here’s how we would style you depending on who you’re seeing!

Harry Styles

If you’re seeing Harry Styles, you might as well go all out. His style is vintage, bold, colorful, and never boring, so your outfit should be the same. We would go for something sparkly or eye-catching, like a glittery mini skirt, oversized sunglasses, platform shoes or some funky jewelry. This is definitely not the concert to play it safe. The more fun and over-the-top, the better.

Malcolm Todd

For a Malcolm Todd concert, we’d take a lot of inspiration from the red color palette of his latest album, Do That Again, and the lighting at his shows. His music also has a vintage feel to it, so we'd mix that retro inspiration with lots of red. A red-and-white polka-dot top or dress would be such a cute way to incorporate that into the outfit. You could finish it off with vintage-inspired accessories and little pops of red through your shoes, bag or jewelry.

Zara Larsson

If you’re going to see Zara Larsson, this is your excuse to have lots of fun with your outfit. We would go for bold colors, fun patterns, and lots of accessories. Think a colorful mini skirt, a cute top, platform sandals, chunky jewelry and a playful handbag. Mixing tropical prints with Y2K-inspired pieces would make the whole look feel fun and youthful. Basically, if you’ve ever wanted to dress like a real-life Barbie, this is the time.

Sabrina Carpenter

A Sabrina Carpenter concert calls for something cute, feminine, and a little bit glam. We’d go for a babydoll or halter dress with chunky white heels, keeping the colors soft and pretty. Pastel pinks, blues, yellows and purples would all work really well. To finish it off, we'd add some vintage-inspired jewelry, a cute bow, or a chunky headband.

ROLE MODEL

For ROLE MODEL, we’d take inspiration from the bright yellow and pink color palette of his newest album, Chuck Timely & The Hourglass, while also incorporating denim, which is a big part of his style. You could start with a denim skirt or pair of jeans and add a yellow or pink top or accessories. We also love the idea of layering a long-sleeve lace top underneath a T-shirt or denim jacket. It adds a softer, more delicate detail to the denim and bright colors while still keeping the outfit casual.

Noah Kahan

For a Noah Kahan concert, we'd keep things rustic, cozy and natural. Since acoustic guitar and earthy storytelling are such a big part of his music, we’d stick with browns, greens, creams and denim. Little details like lace, vintage-inspired jewelry or nature-themed accessories would fit really well, too. You could even add small insect or nature details as a nod to the imagery from The Great Divide. It should feel effortless and like something you could wear to a concert in the middle of the woods.

Tate McRae

For Tate McRae, we’d definitely take inspiration from the dramatic gold look from her Lollapalooza performance. We’d start with a black mini dress, skirt, or top to give the outfit a darker base, then add gold through your jewelry, sunglasses, shoes or other accessories. The contrast between black and gold would make the whole outfit feel sleek and dramatic without being too complicated. Think cool, confident and a little bit edgy.
